Hey fellow Grazers and welcome to Fork It! We are a motley crew of foodies, who enjoy many things, with food being at the top of our list! 

Our boutique catering business began in 2017 when co-founders, Jessica Licari and Joanne Walsh, had a vision to make people’s lives better through cooking delicious meals made fresh and with healthy ingredients. While working as a full time nurse in the burn unit at Loyola, Jessica began meal prepping for her coworkers at Loyola University. One thing led to another, and in 2017, Fork It Foods became a reality. In 2018, we added to meal prep and we launched Fork It Grazing. It was a style of eating that was blowing up in Europe, but couldn’t be found anywhere local. This unique style of social dining is how we enjoyed eating, and apparently so did the community!  Between 2018 and 2022 Fork It continued to grow and shift. We moved from a shared kitchen to our own retail front in Crystal Lake. Olive, our custom tap trailer, joined to offer mobile grazing to our clients, and we started shipping grazing nationally. 

We’re officially now in year five as a business and last year we styled 220 Grazing tables alone! Our weekly meals are paused, but we offer from scratch Heat and Eat Meals that you can pick up or have delivered. We now have an entire retail section in our shop offering local goods and uniques specilaity items. Our new event space, Fork It Gathering, aka "F.I.G.", opened in early 2023. F.I.G. is a modern boho style event space for gatherings under 50. Come Gather and Graze with Us!!!
