Each table is created on site by a team of Fork It designers including items described below as well as seasonal greenery (eucalyptus).
We require a 50% deposit to secure the date, with final balance and headcount due 10 days before your event.
Every Grazing experience is meant to be unique. Part of the experience is to be wowed at your uniquely designed table. If there is something you would like specifically please let us know and we can work together to make sure your table is what you're looking for.
Yes, just ask! We do operate out of a kitchen that uses nuts and gluten.
We require between 1-2 hours to set up your graze, depending on the size. Grazing is best enjoyed within 6hrs of set-up.
We are located in Crystal Lake IL, and travel from Southeast WI to all of Chicagoland. Additional travel rates may apply for events over 40 miles.
What's included in your Grazing Table
A variety of cured meats, like prosciutto, salami and soppressata. Homemade dips, spreads, jellies, jams, or sauces. A variety of cheese, such as bleu, brie, cheddar, & goat. Artisan breads, bread sticks and crackers
Assorted dried fruits & nuts. Variety of olives and marinated or pickled vegetables. A selection of fresh seasonal fruit, vegetables and herbs for both decoration & consumption. Sweet bites such as chocolates, caramels, chocolate covered pretzels or fruits.
Our Standard Free Flowing Graze is set up on a table you provide and laid out on one level on butcher paper.
